We are currently investigating an issue affecting portions of the Hearsay web application. Some users may experience intermittent failures when navigating or interacting with certain areas of the web interface.
The impact is limited to the web UI. Mobile applications, Salesforce integrations, and all backend data processing continue to operate normally.
