From 12:22 p.m. to 12:38 p.m., certain screens in the customer portal did not correctly display the list of locations in an account or related information. The engineering team was quickly alerted to the issue by automated monitoring systems and rolled back the affected service, which resolved the issue immediately.
The problem was a temporary display issue only and did not affect any underlying data or public publication of data. Pages, Live API, and Listings were unaffected.
The issue was introduced during the routine deploy of an internal service and was not caught by automated tests. We are adding automated tests covering this and related cases.
