Monitoring
Throughout the day today the Yext engineering team have been tracking a transient infrastructure issue that resulted in briefly elevated error rates throughout our platform. We observed the initial occurrence at 12:10 PM ET, which lasted two minutes. We then observed two periods each lasting ten minutes at 2:44 PM ET and 3:08 PM ET. The final set of errors occurred at 9:07 PM ET and ended at 9:44 PM ET, at which point we identified and resolved the issue.

We will be monitoring closely for any regressions and will follow up with a more detailed postmortem.
