We have identified the issues and implemented mitigations. Reviews service should be restored. We are actively searching for any residual errors in the customer portal and will update as soon as we have more information.

We are investigating issues in the servers that delivers data for the reviews portion of customer portal. The reviews feature may be unavailable for some customers at this time. No other portion of the customer portal is affected.
