We have identified increased error rates in our platform due to an existing Facebook API Incident described here: https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/559896447845433/

Knowledge Assistant and other Facebook related features may be affected at this time. We will track the Facebook incident actively and update as soon as we have more information.
