Summary

On Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 at approximately 4:39PM ET to 4:49PM ET, there was a partial outage observed in Customer Portal causing an increased instances of 503 responses.

Root Cause

A failure of a database server had downstream effects on many aspects of our platform. Fixing the database server restored service to normal.

Remediation

We will be reviewing our database failover procedures to improve speed to recovery.
