We have implemented mitigations and are seeing decreased latencies. We will continue to monitor for any issues.

Investigating
Monitoring has alerted us to elevated latencies of analytics requests in the customer portal. This results in some insights being served more slowly or timing out. No customer data is affected. We will update as soon as we have more information.
