From 7:57 a.m. until 8:25 a.m. EDT, around 10–20% of all Live API v2 requests resulted in errors. We have since identified and mitigated the issue and returned the Live API to normal operation.
The partial Live API outage may have caused increased latency for a minority of store locator requests served by Yext Pages, and a small percentage of searches to erroneously return no results. Individual store pages and static directory pages were not affected.
The platform API was not affected.
