Between 4:47am ET and 5:12am ET on Friday, May 12, 2023, some users of the Yext Customer Portal, Management API, Agreements API, and Command Line Interface (CLI) tool may have received 500 level errors and were unable to administer their accounts.
Connectivity failures between our servers rendered them unable to communicate with each other, leading to user-facing 500 level errors.
The connectivity failures were brief and jobs were automatically restarted when they failed to connect, which resolved the issue.
