Our Listings publishing system has worked through residual delays and all new updates in our platform should be pushed out to the publisher network with expected timings.
We're currently monitoring all the updates we missed since 3:35 AM EST and will send another update when we believe all updates to the platform have been published to the network. (As a note, we had to do some additional cleanup after 11:20 AM EST, so any updates made until 1:03 PM EST are being monitored to ensure they have been correctly published to the network).

We have found the issue and deployed a fix. The Listings publishing system is currently catching up, and we are also working on re-publishing listings that may have not been delivered between 3:35 AM EST and 11:20 AM EST.
We will update when the delays are totally cleared, and when we believe all missed publishes are sent out to our network.
