Summary

On June 2nd, beginning at 9:42 a.m. ET, Yext Pages and static assets hosted by Yext became impacted by an outage at our CDN provider, Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/tx4pgxs6zxdr). During this time, consumers may have seen Cloudflare-themed error pages while accessing customer sites. Yext services recovered upon Cloudflare’s resolution of their incident at 10:10 a.m. ET.

Our engineering team has begun investigating options for adding redundancy at this layer of our serving infrastructure.

Resolved
This incident has been resolved by CloudFlare. Yext's monitoring has indicated no further issues since their resolution.

Telemetry indicates that service has been restored by CloudFlare. The Yext Engineering team will continue to monitor the situation and prepare to activate the mitigations if it degrades again.

Yext Pages and static assets hosted by Yext on some 3rd party listing publishers are currently impacted by the in-progress CloudFlare network degradation incident (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/tx4pgxs6zxdr), and consumers may be experiencing 502 errors when attempting to access customer sites. Our engineering team is working to mitigate the impact as quickly as possible.
