On 2024-05-29 at 3:51 AM ET, we received reports of increased error rates concerning an internal service, which manifested as increased error rates in the Content product (API and Streams) and increased latencies in Connectors. At 7:01 AM ET, the internal service was repaired and error/latency rates returned to pre-incident levels.
