Summary

After our scheduled maintenance was completed, a service responsible for providing social post history did not properly recover. Once we discovered this, we quickly resolved the error and restored service. We have fixed the underlying issue and added additional post-maintenance checks that will detect similar issues in the future before maintenance is completed.

We are investigating errors in the customer portal on the pages related to posting to social networks, like Facebook. We have seen that post history in particular is currently unavailable. We will provide an update within the next hour.
