On Thursday, May 12th, 2022 at approximately 10:00AM ET, the YextAnalytics pixel began returning 400 responses for all Pages sites. This resulted in a loss of all analytics for Pages until 10:40AM ET, and a partial loss of analytics until 11:29AM ET.
A change introduced into our analytics gateway caused errors to be returned for all requests. One particular instance of the job retained the faulty update for 50 minutes before the change was fully rolled back, resulting in continued errors for a percentage of requests.
We will be improving testing and monitoring for the service in question to catch errors earlier in our development cycle.
