Monitoring

We identified elevated error rates in our Analytics systems, affecting the Analytics tab in the customer portal, some Scout functionality, and other Analytics-related functionality across the customer portal. We have implemented a fix, and Analytics requests are currently being served as normal. We are continuing to monitor to ensure stability.
